CRM Manager
Position Type: Full-Time (On site)
The Job:
You will be focusing on implementing the CRM vision and goals. You will optimize and increase player engagement and retention to increase revenue results, by building and launching customer life cycle journeys using marketing tools such Emails, SMS and other channels.
Responsibilities:
• Manage, implement, and measure the CRM life cycle campaigns.
• Define CRM action plans, create marketing roadmaps and ensure its timely execution.
• To be able to build a strategic plan, maintain and improve data quality.
• Develop and implement user journeys and communication strategies across the player life cycle.
• Develop retention features to enhance the customer experience.
• Manage all aspects of retention including the development of CRM tools: platform management, SMS, list creation, telemarketing partnerships, and other possible tools and channels.
• Work closely with support and VIP teams to maximize marketing efforts.
• Ensure a comprehensive understanding of the competitive environment.
• To understand and meet the CRM KPIs as established by the Company.
• Ensure all marketing materials meets advertising, regulatory and legislative standards.
• Work closely with the business analyst team to make sure campaigns are analysed and optimized.
• Identify key opportunities to enhance the player experience and improve retention results.
• Ensuring all copywriting is optimised and keeping a consistent tone of voice.
• Manage closely the workflow, day to day activity and monthly calendar.
• Keep up to date with current CRM trends, best practices and items of interest and share these with the rest of the team.
What you already have:
• At least 3 years Proven experience working in a CRM environment, ideally within iGaming industry in a multi brand company.
• Highly organized
• Hands on experience with CRM systems
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Data driven and analytical person with strong attention to detail.
• Working experience with HTML emails and excel.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of contact.
• Initiative, creative and highly motivated, with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Ability to prioritise effectively and keep up with aggressive timelines.
• A positive and flexible person with a “can do” approach.
• People person and team player
• Fluent English speaker, additional languages is a plus.
